As part of its long-term housing strategy, the Valley Housing Fund just purchased a 3.5 acre parcel north of Gunnison’s city limits. This will be the site of future workforce housing once the annexation and zoning process is complete with the City of Gunnison.

Our FOCUS

Since its inception in 2010, VHF has directly and indirectly supported cooperation among local government, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and the private sector to optimize the delivery of affordable housing. This has primarily been accomplished through financial support of costs related to site planning, master planning, infrastructure, construction, and management of affordable properties. The Valley Housing Fund is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
