Located at 607 Butte Avenue, Mineral Point is currently under construction and will provide 34 fully affordable studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units for residents earning 30-60% of the area median income (AMI).

In Dec. 2023, the Valley Housing Fund awarded a $100,000 grant to help the project address a budget shortfall. The project broke ground in March 2024 and is set to be completed in early 2026.

Designed with sustainability and accessibility in mind, Mineral Point features energy-efficient designs, reduced water use, EV charging, and six ADA accessible apartments, including two for individuals with visual or hearing impairments.
