Our mission is to work collaboratively to create and support affordable and accessible housing opportunities to strengthen the Gunnison Valley. As part of this mission, we provide six-figure financial awards to affordable housing projects annually.

By providing direct financial support to partner projects, we help accelerate affordable housing timelines and increase the ability to include desired community amenities. This allows for a more adaptable and responsive use of funds, enabling developers to address specific local needs and make timely adjustments to projects as necessary.

This approach also helps overcome the limitations of scarce and competitive government funding, ensuring more appropriate and timely housing solutions.
